  • ACES School Counselor  - Job Description - Must have a current, valid Virginia License with Master's Degree and endorsement in school counseling; 10-Month Position (200 days); Additional stipend for 15 extra days ($3,000 stipend); Teacher Salary Scale for the 2022-2023 school year: Step 0 ($46,103)- Step 30 ($66,924); placement on the teacher salary scale is commensurate with experience; Master's supplement is $2,275; Doctorate supplement is $3,250.

  • ACHS Counseling Paraprofessional Job Description -  11 month (220 days) full time position; Highly qualified status required (have an Associates' degree, have completed a minimum of 60 college credits, or have passed the Praxis Paraprofessional assessment); Salary range- Step 0- $24,141, Step 30- $40,621; 8 hour/day.
  • ACPS Skilled Maintenance Technician - Job Description - 12 month position; 260 days; 8 hours per day; Salary scale- Step 0- 50,961 to Step 30- 73,975; Placement on the salary scale is commensurate with experience; Minimum of a High School Degree or equivalent required; Minimum of five years job related experience required; Possess a Virginia Motor Vehicle Operator's license required; Maintain satisfactory health condition as certified by a competent medical authority and pass all drug testing; Certification or license in carpentry, electricity, plumbing, and/or HVAC required; Valid CDL or be willing to obtain CDL.

Amelia Nottoway Technical Center Openings:

  • ANTC Part-Time Finance Manager Job Description.  Job Requirements:  Any combination of education, training, and/or experience; which demonstrates the ability to perform the required duties.  A typical qualifying background would include graduation from high school or equivalent supplemented by courses in office practices, bookkeeping, accounting or payroll procedures and/or at least three years of increasingly responsible experience in financial record keeping systems and calculations, some of which included responsible experience in payroll/finance activities.
