The ACPS Technology Team is dedicated to providing excellent service so that every teacher and student is provided with the technology and resources necessary to meet and exceed the VDOE's educational standards and competencies of technology.

ACPS utilizes Google Workspace for Education as our Learning Platform. All students and staff utilize Google accounts. Students should login to devices using their school issued Google account when accessing the learning platform.

The Commonwealth of Virginia requires that all certified instructional personnel show competencies in eight broad areas dealing directly with specific technology skills and with integration of technology into the curriculum. The complete list of these competencies can be viewed at the Virginia Department of Education's website.

Please file a request using our Help Desk Ticket System

This system helps us prioritize and complete request more efficiently.

To submit a request:

1. Click on the Help Desk link above.

2. Sign in with Google

3. Choose appropriate Ticket type (Chromebook or Technology or Maintenance)

4. Fill out the required information and click Save
